Day 1: Upon Arrival at the Hosea Kutako International Airport, a representative of Atutanga Tours & Safaris at the arrival hall will welcome you. For about 40 minutes, you will be driven to your accommodation in Windhoek, where you will have some time to rest and freshen up after your long flight. Provided you arrive no later than midday, you will meet up with your guide in the afternoon for a complimentary City Tour. End the day with dinner (own expense) at a well-known restaurant together with your fellow travellers.

Day 2: We depart eastwards crossing into Neighbouring Botswana; Ghanzi town will host us for the night. Ghanzi Town is economically dependent on agriculture as it is the primary supplier of beef produce to the Botswana Meat Commission. Ghanzi is also said to have a large copper-silver deposit. Evening we will enjoy the cultural story of the San people of Kalahari Desert, their songs as well as their dance.

Day 3: Before leaving, we will take a guided walk with the San Community to get a taste of their daily living. With the varying size of between 15,000 and 22,000 square kilometres, Okavango Delta is one of the world`s largest inland delta. Today we are headed for this world`s premier wilderness areas. Our journey will take us to the tourist town of Maun. The guide will give you a prep for the full day excursion into Okavango Delta the next day.

Day 4: Early morning our Safari vehicle will take us to the poling station, which will take approx. 60 minutes. At the poling station we will meet the polers who will accompany us into the Delta. The polers will navigate through the serene area of narrow, reed lined channels which open out onto beautiful lagoons. Upon reaching one of the many islands, a nature walk may be taken with your poler. After the walk, we return by mokoro through the channels back to the poling station. In a Mokoro you will get close to nature, with luck you could watch elephants washing themselves metres away or watch Hippos mating as well as darting Kingfishers catching fish

Day 5: After breakfast, we will depart and head towards the town of Nata. Our next stop is Makgadikgadi pans. Enjoy an afternoon drive of Nata Bird Sanctuary where water birds such as Pelicans and Flamingos are found in large numbers.

Day 6: This morning we take Nata and Kasane road (Elephant Highway) as popularly known due to elephant freely moving between Hwange National park in Zimbabwe and Botswana. You will spend two nights in a lodge in Chobe. Along with many species of big game, Chobe National Park boasts the largest concentration of elephant in Africa. Due to this areas unique nature, the safaris can be done on land (game drives) and boat cruise offers visitors the opportunity to witness this amazing spectacle.

Day 7: This day is for exploring Chobe National Park. We will have an opportunity to spot Chobe`s great pachyderm herds such as lion, leopard, hyena, wild dog, impala, water buck, kudu, zebra, wildebeest, giraffe and warthog. The day ends with dinner back at the lodge.

Day 8: This morning we take Nata and Kasane road (Elephant Highway) as popularly known due to elephant freely moving between Hwange National park in Zimbabwe and Botswana. You will spend two nights in a lodge in Chobe. Along with many species of big game, Chobe National Park boasts the largest concentration of elephant in Africa. Day 9: Today we travel back to Namibia. Our trip begins early morning and our next destination is Zambezi /Caprivi Region. Zambezi is the wet land of Namibia. Three perennial rivers cross this area, making it a paradise which sustains a large variety of animals and around 450 bird species. Our lodge will be on the banks of Chobe River. We will have an opportunity to experience a relaxing boat cruise as the sun goes down and conclude the day with a delicious dinner.

Day 10: After Breakfast, we travel towards the Southern part of Caprivi Strip. If the weather allows, we game drive through the Nkasa Rupara before heading off to Mudumu National Park. Nkasa Rupara is much smaller, covering only 320 square kilometres but has the distinction of being the largest wetland area with conservation status in Namibia. During the rainy season up to 80% of the park gets flooded. The Mudumu National Park is bordered by the Kwando River in the west and covers an area of approximately 1000 Square Kilometres. The Fauna is very versatile, lions, crocodiles, elephants, buffalos, hippos and several species of antelopes are found here. Our accommodation for the night is situated on the banks of the Kwando River.

Day 11: After Breakfast, we pack our bags and enters the Bwabwata National Park. The park covers 6100 km2 and consist of broad-leafed Kalahari woodland with trees such as Zambezi teak and false mopane on the sandy areas, and Camel-Thorn and Leadwood in the Omurambas. Reeds and Papyrus occur on the floodplains, which are lined with trees such as Jackal-Berry, Mangosteen, Knob Thorn and Makalani Palm. We will have an opportunity to see the big 5 animals in Africa. Bwabwata is also one of the last refuges of the wild dogs in Namibia. Reedbuck, Red lechwe, Sitatunga and Hippo occurs along the rivers. The famous Pel’s fishing owl is also found in this area. We will do some game driving before setting off to our next accommodation for the night on the banks of Okavango River.

Day 12: Day 12: Today we will take an excursion to the Mahango Game Reserve. At 244 Kilometre square it is much smaller than Etosha National Park and perfect to visit for few hours. Elephant, Red Lechwe, Buffalo, Sable, Roan, Reedbuck, Tsessebe and Sitatunga are found here and best viewed in the morning. In the afternoon we will take a visit a traditional village near the lodge. The Kavango inhabitants will welcome you in their village and show you how they grow crops, prepare food and drinks and much more. You will learn about their culture and watch their traditional dances.

Day 13: Day 13: We leave early on a long journey to Etosha National Park. Our Accommodation will be on the edge of the park.

Day 14: After breakfast, we enter the park at Namutoni gate, Crisscrossing the park and visiting popular water points and exist at Anderson Gate, to our accommodation for the night.

Day 15: After Breakfast, we leave for our next venture. We take C38 road through Outjo and joint B1 through Otjiwarango, to take us to our next destination Okonjima Africat Foundation. In the Afternoon, we will join the Nature Game-Drive, tracking leopard. We will round off the day with a sizzling dinner.

Day 16: Today we are headed for Windhoek. If time allows we will pass by Okahandja Craft Market before reaching the capital city on time for departure for those with an afternoon flight back home. For those with another night in Windhoek a complimentary Katutura Township Tour awaits you, before ending the day with dinner (own expense) at a well-known restaurant.
